About Dr. Paula B. Pires de Andrade
CRN-3 93853/P
My work in clinical nutrition didn’t begin in theory — it began in my own body.
In my early 40s, I was facing metabolic syndrome and chronic inflammation, along with a series of symptoms that were already affecting my quality of life.
After a hormonal intervention, these symptoms intensified, bringing fatigue, sleep disruption, weight gain, and other signs commonly associated with the menopause transition.
That was when I realized that the female body does not respond to generic strategies — especially during phases of hormonal change.

I then began a structured process of nutritional and lifestyle changes. Over the course of four years, I lost 45 kg in a gradual and sustainable way, with a complete improvement in my metabolic and inflammatory markers.
This experience reshaped my professional path. Originally graduated as a mechanical engineer, I chose to pursue a second degree in nutrition and build a solid clinical foundation focused on women’s health, including advanced training at institutions such as the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, a leading healthcare institution, internationally recognized for its excellence.
Today, at 50, I continue to experience these hormonal changes firsthand — and it is this combination of lived experience and clinical expertise that supports my method.
"No two women are the same. And your treatment shouldn’t be either."
Assessment

Online Consultation
The assessment is the first step in understanding what is truly happening in your body at this stage of life.
Conducted online, , this session is in-depth and highly structured, with the same level of clinical rigor as a face-to-face consultation.
It includes a detailed analysis of your symptoms, health history, laboratory results, and daily routine, allowing for a precise and fully individualized approach.
Based on this assessment, your plan is developed within the Metabolic & Hormonal Nutrition Method, with clear direction and ongoing adjustments throughout the process.
This is not a one-time consultation, but the beginning of a structured and continuous treatment.
The Method
A structured clinical approach to metabolic and hormonal nutrition for women.
This method was developed for women who need more than generic dietary advice.
It considers not only nutrition, but also metabolic function, hormonal changes,
symptoms, and the specific stage of life each woman is experiencing.
The goal is not simply to adjust your diet, but to improve how your body functions over time.
Metabolic
Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation of your current condition, including symptoms, medical history, laboratory results, and lifestyle patterns.
This phase focuses on identifying the underlying causes — not just the visible effects.
Metabolic
Reorganization
Strategic adjustments to nutrition and daily habits, with the aim of reducing inflammation and restoring metabolic responsiveness.
Hormonal Regulation
Targeted nutritional strategies designed to support hormonal balance and reduce symptoms associated with hormonal transitions.
Consolidation & Autonomy
Development of a sustainable structure, with ongoing adjustments to maintain results and support long-term metabolic stability.
This is not about following a diet.
It’s about restoring how your body functions.
Is this for you?
